Was looking through one of my favorite blogs that actually write stuff!! Her post on what happened to casual chic inspired me to rant as well! Seriously the gulf has over indulged in the whole kardashin LA super americana fashion style. The whole dressing up only with money pieces also pisses me off.
EXAMPLE: YOU have to have a cartier love bracelet.(the more the better)
YOU have to either have a rolex daytona or the bubble cartier. (cause we all know what that costs)
YOU have to have a birkin or kelly.(like 50 said your bitch cool, but where her birkin bag at?)
Im not saying I don't love all the above but its just become more about the price than the item itself.
What happened to fashion individuality and fashion as an expression of one self.
Just a thought.
